Purchased a pool heater. Best price out there. And best customer service. Krizza was there every step of the way from purchase, to shipping to arrival. She constantly ke me updated and checked to see if I was having any issues. Heater is up and working perfectly. Thanks Outdoor Direct and Krizza for making it all go seamlessly.

Everything Outdoor said they would do they did with a follow through, making my purchase of a Aquacal heat pump easy. I would definitely recommend Outdoor !!!

Really simple to install and run. Instant heat!

Heat pump arrived with no damage , fairly easy to hook up , had a couple calls to customer service , very friendly and helpful , seems to be working well , water heated up to desired temperature.

Outdoor Direct was great. Did exactly what they said and delivery was great. The heat pumps works great. I just have to figure out out how to program it and I might need some assistance.

From delivery to installation and startup, everything went well! From placing the order to receiving my AquaCal, Outdoor Direct did an excellent job of keeping me informed about the delivery. The installation and startup of my AquaCal went as planned! The pool is maintaining my temperature of choice. Very pleased with the entire experience!

Seems to be what we needed but haven't used it but once to heat pool from 80 to 84 degrees in 3 hours. Installation by others cost $650 which seemed high. Concern about tilting could have been described in more detail. We were very concerned about not tilting it at all but were told by the installer they have to be tilted to get them into place with a dolly. Wish we would have known that or been given a degree of tilt that's acceptable without voiding the warranty or damaging it. Anyway it wasn't tilted at all since we put it lifted it onto a horizontal dolly to roll it into position and then tilted it in place, without tilting it. Argh!

The staff at Outdoor Direct did a superb job of assisting me with the purchase and delivery of a Gulfstream HE 150-RA pool heater. The initial contact with Mandi was very professional and friendly and the resolution of an incorrect shipping address by Mathew, Krizza and Ez was efficient and successful! I received the heater in good condition and look forward to having it installed.

Mandy was very helpful with my order of Sq140R heater. It arrived 5 days after I ordered it and is operating perfectly in replacement of my old AquaCal heater which lasted 20 years. Outdoor Direct was helpful in getting my delivery instructions exactly as I needed.

The new pool heater works excellent everybody I talk to at outdoor direct were very helpful write down to the person that delivered the heater from the freight company.

The company is based in Australia, and seems to take a lot of pride in their products. The construction is superb. Shipping was fast and easy, and there was zero Styrofoam to deal with. Even the pallet base was made from repurposed cardboard.
Installation and startup was extremely simple, and the unit has been operating for a week and working very well.

Outdoor Direct included the wifi module with the unit, which is not necessary but kind of handy.

My only critiques would be that the app is kind of basic, and the installation manual could be a little better. I got through everything just fine, but I have some experience and knowledge. A fresh-out DIYer might struggle a little.

I also had a couple of questions about the unit before I purchased it. I sent a note to the company, and their US rep called me to talk it over. Fantastic service!
