My product was delivered in a timely manner without any damage. A week after installation and electronic board had to be replaced that had to do with Wi-Fi operation. Customer service took care of the issue. Sent a person out fix the issue with no charge.

Purchased a month ago, arrived in time to warm pool to 82. Then we had a freak heat wave and I used the cool function and I was quite surprised it worked well and dropped the temp from 90 to 86 and it made a big difference. I wasn’t planning to ever use the cool function, being in New England but the temp went up quickly with 101 degrees days. Very happy with purchase and customer service and the app makes it easy to operate.

Purchased an AquaCal HeatWave SuperQuiet SQ200R Pool Heat Pump (Heat and Cool) an Mark from Outdoor Direct vas very helpful in leading me to the correct heat pump and also getting a good price.

The tropical T100 heat pump heater came in on scheduled date. Everything was packaged well . Took a couple days to get hooked up do to weather. Seems to be working well. Took about 2 days to get desired tempature. Now weather is hot so shut it down for right now. Only ran it for a couple weeks. It looks very well made.

I purchased an aqua cal pool heater. It arrived in a timely fashion and was delivered carefully. I have since installed the heater and it works great. I would purchase from outdoor direct again!

Outdoor Direct was awesome throughout my purchase and delivery of the Gulfstream 125 RA. There customer service was outstanding. They were very responsive responding to all my emails. Once purchased online which was very easy, the unit arrived within 7 days. The Gulfstream 125 RA has been in operation now for just a few days but we love it. It heats up the pool water quickly and runs very quietly. Looking forward to extending over swimming pool season well into September and opening it much earlier than in past years. I would highly recommended this unit and purchasing from Outdoor Direct !!!!

Going to be installed the week of 6/23 but as far as looks go it is a major improvement from my 18 year old Rheem which by the way still works but I figure to sell in a few years I need to make all new.
