This Elementi OCK45-NG01 Natural Gas Conversion Kit enables you to convert a propane gas unit to run on natural gas. Installation of this kit must be carried out by a certified gas technician.

Returns
We allow returns of unused units (in brand new resalable condition) within 15 days of delivery. A Return Merchant Authorization Number(RMA#) must be requested from us before items may be shipped back to our facility. Place the RMA# on the outside of the box adjacent to or on the shipping label. The RMA# is valid for 15 days. Items *MUST* be returned to the following address:

It is your responsibility to ensure that shipments are returned–we do not track expired RMA numbers. Freight on returned merchandise must be prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D. shipments. We issue a credit within 15 days after receiving goods, less a 25% restocking fee. If during the inspection process, it is discovered that significant parts are missing, those pieces will be itemized and possibly deducted from the credit. To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase, and will be asked to send this information to us at sales@gooutdoordirect.com.
Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected (and approved) your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a reasonable number of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company or financial institution, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet please contact us at sales@gooutdoordirect.com.
Damages, Defects, and Carrier Loss
Claims for lost or damaged shipments must be reported to us as well as the carrier within 7 days of the delivery date. If a claim number was issued, please provide that information when reporting. Save all materials as the carrier may require an on‐site inspection before the item is picked up and returned. Send us an email at sales@gooutdoordirect.com and include a receipt or proof of purchase, a serial number, and any pictures of damage (if applicable). You can also call our Customer Service line at (864) 365-1762 or use the chat function on our website.
Once your original unit is delivered back to Ocean Rock and received into their computer system, the replacement unit will be cleared to be sent out from their warehouse. The time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you will vary depending on where you live.
Shipping
To return your product, you should contact us at sales@gooutdoordirect.com, call (864) 365-1762, or use the chat function on our website and request a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) through our Customer Service department. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless otherwise specified by a Customer Service representative. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75.00 in value, you should consider using trackable shipping.
