Great company to deal with.

I was able to put my 55lbs. medium size generator & my 20lbs. smaller generator, plus cables into this bag. The bag is high quality. It is well worth the price.

Used the heater twice. It works great so far. Not a bad looking unit. Love the wi fi unit I bought with it. Easy to use too. The heater is easy to use. The people I talked to on the phone made it very easy to buy the T90 heater, they were friendly and the delivery was fast.

I thought my piping was 2”. Called outdoor direct for what I should do, they were very helpful and said it was ok to reduce size to 1 1/2 pvc. Overall interactions with this company was extremely positive

Maja at Outdoor Direct was very quick to get back to us about all of our questions via email and telephone. She got us the best price of other competitors. We ordered it on a Wednesday night, Thursday we got a call from the trucking company letting us know it would be delivered on Tuesday, which it was. Outdoor Direct didn’t charge an extra lift gate fee like many other companies do. The trucking company did have a lift gate, however, and they unloaded it and pallet jacked it right into our garage. We recommend buying from outdoor direct! We will update our review after we have used the heater.

The heater works like a dream, and was super easy to get installed. I was also extremely impressed with the personal attention I got both from Outdoor Direct and from AquaCal.

This is truly a fantastic heatpump as it's super quiet and heats the pool efficiently. We installed a wifi sync controller as well which is quite handy to control the pump remotely as well. The other thing I want to appreciate is Aquacal's excellent customer service as they sent a technician immediately when we reported an issue. It just turned out that our pump RPM settings were low and the tecnician fixed it after which the pump started to run very well.

Great customer service with the purchase and shipping

The fire table is gorgeous and just the right size for our patio. Dimensions were as described. Coffee table height and there’s enough room to put a drink or small plate on the edges. We had a HVAC professional come out to help us with the installation. Switches are easy to work. I will probably replace the lava rocks with something more aesthetically pleasing later on. But I’m glad they came with the fire table and will do the job for now.

Also want to give a shout out to the Outdoor Direct Team. The pricing was great, and I received a heads up call when there was a delay in fulfillment due to heavy sales volume from Black Friday. The shipping company was great as well. I received a courtesy call prior to the delivery. It arrived in excellent condition.

Have it hooked up to my Safari ME and charged. So far good. Have yet to connect vital equipment needed during power outage to see how the system performs and how long the batteries last before recharging. Don’t want to be surprise when I experience a real outage.
