AquaCal HeatWave SuperQuiet SQ140R Pool Heat Pump (Heat and Cool)

Easy install and setup. Only running for 2 days but it is working well. Very quiet.

Just bought a Gulfstream Heat Pump for our pool from Outdoor Direct. Fantastic customer service. They shipped the unit for free and we got it within 4 days. There was some delay for a day, but the service rep was extremely communicative about the timeline, both in text and on phone. I don't normally do reviews, but was so impressed with Outdoor Direct's service and communication, I decided to let everyone know.

Very quiet and efficient. The temperature is perfect. Easy to install and easy to operate.

The delivery was quick to us. The installation was easy and start up was easy too.
So far, it's running well and just in time for frigid weather coming in.

First time having a heat pump as a heater. I just hooked it up 2 days ago and seems to be very simple to operate and set temp. Went up 5 degrees within the first 2 hours then I shut it off. Going to purchase some solar rings to keep the water warm. Bought the SQ140R and awesome heater.

I bought my Fire Pit table on a Friday and it delivered on Tuesday. Other online stores had this on back-order so I chose Outdoor Direct based on the product being available. I had questions regarding my delivery, so I did an online chat. Right away, I had a representative respond to me and when I thanked her, she replied again right away to have a great weekend. On Monday, I 'checked in for an update' and Mark also immediately replied. There was some follow-up that had to be done and he was on it right away! I had my information on tracking within minutes of inquiring on Monday. Haven't installed the Fire Pit yet, but it looks better in person than in the pictures. Packaging on the delivery was done nicely so that it arrived without any damage at all. Can't wait to hook everything up! I would highly recommend to buy from Outdoor Direct!

I thought I may need a new pool heater and I found outdoor direct online and there pricing seemed better then most so I talked to Mark and he could not have been more helpful! He gave me great advice ! My heater was able to be repaired but when I do need a new one I will definitely be calling Outdoor Direct and Mark!!! Highly recommend!

I purchased an AquaCal 200ARDSBPA from Outdoor Direct. Both Mark and Matthew where very helpful answering my questions about the units capabilities and operating temperature ranges. They helped me decide which unit would best fit my needs. The shipping was amazingly fast and the follow up from Ez was great as well.
Installation was very easy and the unit fired up just like it was supposed to. I look forward to seeing how it performs when the temperatures cool off. So far the service and support has been 5 star.

John and the team at Outdoor Direct have been fantastic to work with. I needed a Unity 72" custom fire pit delivered on site prior to a major event we were hosting. My need by date was about 7-10 days sooner than the manufacturers typical timeframe to complete. John was able to obtain a guarantee the pit would be delivered by the date I requested. In fact, the pit is scheduled to be delivered 8 days ahead of that date. I'll update once the pit is in place and in use but all in all my first buying experience with Outdoor Direct has been outstanding.
