outstanding heat pump

Unit is installed and works great ! Was fairly easy to install however the plumbing is slightly different then the SQ166R. Utilized Flexible PVC on one side and made the install a bit easier.

I called gooutdoordirect after placing an order with a request to ensure that the delivery of the heat pump I ordered is via lift gate and delivered to the house not curbside. Matthew was very helpful and explained that they have already contacted the shipper with the instructions and will follow up with them the next day and get back to me. I bought this as a replacement for the original AquaCal pool heater that came with the pool. This Gulfstream unit got great reviews and was almost $2.5K less expensive and works perfectly. Units are nearly identical, so install was nearly seamless, with minor repiping necessary. Plus, its American made, locally in Sarasota, FL.

I was having a hard time getting a replacement firepit cover as it kept getting backordered. Mark and his staff were great at keeping me updated on the status of the order, shipping date, etc. When I received the cover I was happy with the quality of the product. Will definitely order from them again!
