This review is primarily for Christian and the good people at gooutdoordirect.com I originally ordered and bought a Luba 5000 AWD from Amazon, it took over a month for it to be delivered and no explanation as to what was going on with it. The mowers are so good I wanted to purchase another one but didn't feel comfortable with the Amazon route again. So, I did some searching on line and found gooutdoordirect.com. I called and no one answer so I hung up didn't even leave a message. In less than 5 minutes Christian called me back and offered to have a Luba 5000 AWD to me in Indianapolis by the end of the week this was on Tuesday. I agreed, Christian sent me a link to make the payment and it was done. on Thursday I sent Christian a message asking for a tracking number, he sent it to me and when I check to see it it had been shipped yet the shipper responded that it had been delivered to my front door. I checked with my wife and she agreed it was sitting on the door step. I can't tell you how impressed I am with Christians service and integrity. I highly recommend buying from him, so much so I'm going to check out his website and see what else he has to offer.
As for the Luba 500 AWD I now own multiple units and will likely buy more. I have multiple properties and these things are great.

What is the LUBA Warranty and Repair Services?
If your LUBA does not perform as promised during the warranty period, you may contact us by sending an email to sales@gooutdoordirect.com to make a request for after-sales assistance. LUBA's main components and battery are protected by a two-year warranty. The charging station and RTK antenna are protected by a one-year warranty. LUBA’s blades and tires are not covered by the warranty. Your LUBA warranty begins on the day of purchase.
What are the benefits of Mammotion's Perimeter Wire Free Robotic Lawn Mowers?
1. No extra labor or cost from wire installations. The installation of a perimeter wire requires labor, which might add time or money depending on whether you choose to do it yourself or hire someone.
2. You can change your mowing zones in minutes unlike with perimeter wire robotic lawn mowers you have to re-lay the perimeter wire if you wish to change the area that will be mowing.
3. No one can destroy your perimeter! Perimeter wires can easily be destroyed by pets or shovels, which ends up in frustration as you must re-lay new wires.
4. Forget all your concerns with LUBA. You may program your multi-cutting zones without the effort of digging or burying the wires by simply walking with LUBA while drawing the virtual perimeter.
5. You can check LUBA's status in real-time and remotely configure and alter the mowing parameters for each zone using the Mammotion app. Whether on vacation or at work, you can remotely manage your lawn using the Mammotion app.

Can all of the LUBA Series handle multiple mowing zones?
Users may quickly establish and configure mowing tasks for distinct mowing regions via the Mammotion app, as well as set channels to connect them for multi-zone control, thanks to the RTK-GNSS System. The LUBA may work autonomously in several locations sequentially by setting up the operation settings of various tasks. When the walkway is wider than one meter and the area is not completely obstructed, LUBA can pass.
Does the RTK base station need to be connected to the charging station?
No. It is not necessary to connect the RTK base station to the charging station. The charging station can be placed wherever you prefer. Please note that you will need to have a different power adapter and extension cord if you wish to install the RTK station on the roof.
Can LUBA get a well enough signal in my lawn?
The 2023 version of LUBA is designed to work well with all lawns. However, there are certain lawn conditions where we do not recommend a LUBA. For more details, please check here.
Does the entire area require a Wi-Fi signal or once it gets its mission near its charging base it can complete the job and then come back to the charging base?
Once the mission is established, the job is completed automatically even without Wi-Fi. You can use the Wi-Fi to remotely check on LUBA's status and get messages on your phone.
How do I install LUBA?
The installation is simple enough for you to do it yourself. The box will come with a quick start guide and a video to help you with the installation.
What if my front and back yard are separated by a fence?
LUBA is able to manage numerous zones. If there is a path connecting these two yards, LUBA can go there and complete the task automatically.
Can the Mammotion App be used remotely, for example when I am not at home?
With the Mammotion App, you can instantly check LUBA's status as well as remotely set up and change the mowing parameters for each zone.
Warranty
If the product does not work as guaranteed during the warranty period, you can request after-sales service by contacting us at sales@gooutdoordirect.com. The main parts of the lawn mower and battery are covered under a 2-year warranty. Please note that the accessories (Charging Station and RTK Antenna) are under a 1-year warranty while blades and tires do not have a warranty. The warranty period for a product is valid on the day when the product(s) is delivered from the local warehouse for pre-orders, while the other orders are valid from the purchase date.
Returns and Refunds
Mammotion allows you to return your LUBA within 30 days. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless otherwise specified by a Customer Service representative. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75.00 in value, you should consider using trackable shipping. Additionally, any returns for any reason outside of a defective item will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. To be eligible for a return, your LUBA must be unopened, unactivated, and still in the new condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging including all components.
Mammotion reserves the right to determine whether your order is eligible for return. After confirming your order is eligible, you will receive instructions on how to properly pack and return them. A Return Merchant Authorization Number (RMA#) must be requested from us before items may be shipped back to our facility. Please note that no packages will be accepted without an RMA number.
