I first spoke with a representative on which heat pump to order, very knowledgeable, they sent me a quote after that. I ordered the heat pump, deliver was very reasonable with no issues. Heat pump was installed and so far is working great and heating the pool. I am getting ready to install the PoolSync app. My first AquaCal lasted me 12 years, plumbing was still the same, making it an easy install.

I ordered the SQ160R Heat and Cool. The hook up up pretty straight forward, I also installed the bypass valve for added protection for over pressure situations if they were to occur. The whole process of ordering through Outdoor Direct was a great experience. Mandi was an absolute delight to work with and Ez provided tracking information. Everything arrived well. The systems has warmed the water to my set temperature and we are already swimming in 80 degree water and neighbors are still waiting for water temps to rise enough to get in their pools. I will say it does produce a lot of condensation though, I almost thought I had a leak so be prepared to route the water from condensation or it will collect. Other than that, a great unit.

Easy install and setup. Only running for 2 days but it is working well. Very quiet.

Just bought a Gulfstream Heat Pump for our pool from Outdoor Direct. Fantastic customer service. They shipped the unit for free and we got it within 4 days. There was some delay for a day, but the service rep was extremely communicative about the timeline, both in text and on phone. First time having a heat pump as a heater. I just hooked it up 2 days ago and seems to be very simple to operate and set temp. Went up 5 degrees within the first 2 hours then I shut it off. Going to purchase some solar rings to keep the water warm. Bought the SQ140R and awesome heater.

I bought my Fire Pit table on a Friday and it delivered on Tuesday. Other online stores had this on back-order so I chose Outdoor Direct based on the product being available. I had questions regarding my delivery, so I did an online chat. Right away, I had a representative respond to me and when I thanked her, she replied again right away to have a great weekend. On Monday, I 'checked in for an update' and Mark also immediately replied. There was some follow-up that had to be done and he was on it right away! I had my information on tracking within minutes of inquiring on Monday. Haven't installed the Fire Pit yet, but it looks better in person than in the pictures. Packaging on the delivery was done nicely so that it arrived without any damage at all. Can't wait to hook everything up! I would highly recommend to buy from Outdoor Direct!
